You may contact us regarding a return or an issue with your order within <strong>30 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Returns Due to a Change of Mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within <strong>30 days of receiving your order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, the item must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be unused and undamaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be returned with all accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer<\/strong> for returns due to a change of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before shipping any item back, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@elitebazaar.ca\"><strong>support@elitebazaar.ca<\/strong><\/a> to receive return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do not send any item to a return address without first receiving instructions from our customer support team.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within <strong>30 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email us at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"mailto:support@elitebazaar.ca\"><strong>support@elitebazaar.ca<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos or a short video clearly showing the problem, whenever possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the appropriate solution, which may include a <strong>replacement, reshipment, or refund<\/strong>, depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returning a defective or damaged product is not always necessary. <strong>Please wait for our instructions before shipping the item back.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 30-day period stated in this policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or legal warranties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We <strong>do not offer standard exchanges<\/strong>, including exchanges requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, or a desire to select a different model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@elitebazaar.ca\"><strong>support@elitebazaar.ca<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the circumstances and after reviewing your request, a <strong>replacement, reshipment, or refund<\/strong> may be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy does not restrict any remedies available under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to the <strong>original payment method used for the purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a physical return is required, the refund may be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We normally process approved refunds within <strong>5 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original shipping fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns due to a change of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable law provides different refund requirements or deadlines, those legal requirements will take precedence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Unauthorized Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not return any product directly to the manufacturer, supplier, or any other address without first contacting <strong>EliteBazaar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A return sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed through our standard return procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
